Parameters Update

Possibility to work on a newer version of the plugin after updating the parameters.

The Plugin have changed the project shared parameters and added the cooling mode. To continue existing projects that was started with an older version of the tool, the user is required to update the parameters. Functionality that transfers data from old Uponor parameters to new ones is Parameter Update localized on the ribbon. Thanks to that, users can open projects made with older versions and continue these projects with the newest plug-in version. 

Note! Steps 1-3 are only for projects made before version 1.4.0.

Steps to update parameters:

  1. Open Project data.
  2. Select the region that you set in the previous version.
  3. Set up General Data according to your preferences if you will continue the design. Click OK.

  4. Click “Parameters Update”* on the ribbon. Once the update is finished you can continue using the plug-in.

    During the update please accept all Revit pop-ups by clicking Disconnect and Remove constrains. This will not affect the project.

    NOTE! If you do not run the update, working on the project might not be possible or cause many issues.
